Mike Ballantine
Director, President & CEO

With an extensive background in Executive Management, Capital Formation, Fundraising Activities, Permitting, Regulatory/Utility/Infrastructure considerations and Intellectual Property Protection, Mr. Ballantine brings to ITC 20 years of experience in Environmental Technologies, including Thermal Conversion (Pyrolysis), Steel Drum Recycling, Air Pollution Control Equipment, Industrial/Agricultural Water Treatment, Carbon (CO2) Sequestration and Activated Carbon Production.

A graduate of California State University-Fullerton in Corporate Finance, Mr. Ballantine, along with Frank Reed, is a co-founder of Energy Associates International LLC, and was issued US Patent # 6,758,150 on July 6, 2004, for the TRU.

 

Frank Reed
Director, Chief Technology Officer

As President and CEO of R&R Technologies Inc, Mr. Reed has 40 years of experience in the industries of Thermal Conversion (Pyrolysis), 55-gallon Steel Drum Recycling Furnaces, Air Pollution Control Equipment, Waste Heat Boilers and Co-generation.

A UCLA graduate in Industrial Design and Engineering, Mr. Reed is a co-founder of Energy Associates International LLC - a Nevada LLC which holds all intellectual rights for the Thermal Recovery Unit (TRU). Mr. Reed has also published documentation on Air Pollution Management, is a recognized expert on Drum Reconditioning Furnaces and Waste Heat Recovery, and with Mike Ballantine, was issued US Patent # 6,758,150 on July 6, 2004, for the TRU.

 

Greg Brooks
Director, Executive Vice President & General Manager

Formerly of Brooks Development, an Oregon-based company specializing in drainage and energy-efficient water delivery systems, Mr. Brooks provides ITC with 40 years of experience in Farming, Ranching, Riparian Restoration, Mechanical Contracting, Energy Efficiency, Soil Science and Agricultural Ventures.

With a degree in Agricultural Business, Mr. Brooks is considered an expert in the areas of Irrigated and Non-Irrigated Crops, Forestry Management, Water Rights, Soil Amendments, Livestock, Fisheries and Composting. Mr. Brooks has also developed ITC's Carbon Sequestration and Sustainable Economy Models.

 

Jay Starling, Ph.D.
Director, Chairman

Previous corporate director of environmental issues for Atlantic Richfield Corporation, Dr. Starling is considered an expert in Marketing, Organizational Analysis, Project Administration and Legislative Services.

With a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Public Administration, Dr. Starling's education and professional experiences include such areas as Policy Analysis and Planning, Political Science, Statistics and Campaign Management, as well as his position as Associate Director and Professor for the Urban Environmental and Real Estate Institute of the Southern Methodist University.

 

Jack Leslie
Director

Having worked in Securities more than 25 years, authored articles on Precious Metals and appeared on television numerous times, Mr. Leslie has shown a long-term commitment to the Environmental arena. Professional positions as Branch Manager, Regional Coordinator and Vice President of major firms highlight demonstrated skill in setting and achieving goals and promoting teamwork with a "big picture" assessment.

A high-profile Manager with experience in Sales, Marketing and Accounting, Mr. Leslie's experience is supplemented by specific achievements in performing feasibility studies, including those relating to Environmental Waste and SEC Documentation, as well as his in-depth knowledge in the areas of compliance, due diligence and public offerings.

 

Danielle Zepess
Product & Portfolio Development Manager

With over ten years of combined experince in the fields of Engineering, Architecture and Residential Planning, Ms. Zepess is skilled in Document and Product Development, as well as Client Liason and Communications.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida in Mechanical Engineering (ABET) and Modern Foreign Languages, and of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Residential Planning, Ms. Zepess incorporates technical knowledge and creative theory in the application of product development and presentation.
